  • When porting more than one line, you only need to request a service credit for one mobile number per account for the month the lines are ported. The credit will automatically apply to all eligible numbers ported during this month.
  • The service credit will be applied to the first or second invoice following the 61st day after the eligible port-in activation. It will be appear as "Valued Customer Service Credit."
  • The port-in value for smartphones and mobile broadband devices is based on the total number of lines ported—including feature phones. iPhone® is not eligible for port-in credit and does not count toward tier.
  • Requires up to a two-year Agreement.
  • iPhone® and Nextel Direct Connect devices are excluded from offer.


Port-in Service Credit: Offer ends: 6/30/12. Available only to eligible corporate-liable accounts. Available online, via telesales, in participating Sprint stores, and direct & indirect business channels. Purchases from other national retailers are not eligible for service credit. Requires port-in from an active wireless line/mobile number or landline/number that comes through the port process to a new line on an eligible Sprint service plan. iPhone® and Nextel Direct Connect services are excluded. Service credit request must be made at sprintportcredit.com within 72 hours from the port-in activation date or service credit will be declined. Ported new-line activation must remain active with Sprint for 61 days to receive full service credit. You should continue paying your bill while waiting for your service credit to avoid service disruption and possible credit delay. Smartphones included in this offer are Blackberry©, Android™, Windows Mobile©, Palm©, and Instinct™ family of devices. Most other phones are considered feature phones. Calendar month is used to determine eligible number of lines ported for award tier. Port-in credit for Smartphones and mobile broadband devices is based on the total number of lines ported during the calendar month (i.e., 1-4 lines $100, 5-19 lines $125, 20-49 lines $150 and 50 plus lines $175). Port-in credit for feature phones is $50 across all tiers. Port-in Payment Expectations: Service credit will appear in adjustment summary section at account level on invoice and will appear as a "VALUED CUSTOMER SERVICE CREDIT."
